I can’t stop laughing when reading this piece of paper. These people certainly have a very “creative” and “good” command of English. Now I finally understand why “poor command of English” is rated by major studies as one the main reasons of high graduate unemployment rate.

I know my command of the Language is not that good, but certainly not to the extent of rotting. From what I see, these people are worse than primary school students and yet there are currently studying in the university. Shouldn’t the best of the best only be offered a place in the university? Isn’t university a place for advanced intellectual development and expansion?

I sms one of the team members listed on the paper which I have erased the name to prevent further embarrassment, and I got 2 replies from 2 different people. The replies (simply Chinese - English translation) are:

10s 4 ur comment. I’ll infirm my group members because i’m not incharge 4 d order list… R u still hv any problem?

This reply sounds sincere to me. OK, i accept your explanation but the other one sounds rude to me…

thx fir u advice…bsc i oso noe my english gt problem. actually, my target only on my sales & nt 2 “PROMOTE HOW GOOD OF MY ENGLISH”.ok.thx for u “SUPPORT & ADVICE!”

Seriously, what kind of LOGIC is this? You wish to hit the target of your sales yet you ignore the usage of the Language? Didn’t any of the lecturers teach you that PEOPLE judge you by your appearance, portfolio, performance and track record? Where on earth can you notice a boost of sales with such pathetic use of English or other languages? Sorry to say but this reply is down right hilarious and idiotic. I’m completely dumbfounded.

It’s very sad to see people abusing English. Should I not “THINK A LOT / THINK TOO MUCH”? What’s your say?
