Oh my I’m seriously in love with WALL·E. Just got a hold on the OST by Thomas Newman. The animation is great, and the music is equally great. Watching the animation is enjoyable, listening to the soundtracks alone will send you reminiscing over various mysterious, adventurous, romantic scenes of the animation itself. If you have a good pair of earphones or a super surround speaker system, you might want to turn the volume to the max and enjoy the free flowing sensation. =)

Pixar has done it again marvelously with the latest release of WALL·E. In fact it gives me more than I expect. It’s about an adventourous love story between WALL·E and EVE and their attempt to save planet earth and the human race. If you want to know the plot in detail click here. Anyway, the way the story being told is fresh and creative.  Robots get their own unique human like personalities. This is the first animation that is almost independent of dialogues. Only artificial sounds and symbolic facial expressions are used as means of communication between various robots.

There are 2 romantic scenes in the animation. The first one showing WALL·E going to great lengths to protect the deactivated EVE after she has stored the plant insider herself. WALL·E even drags EVE to the shoreline to witness the sunset. The second part is that WALL·E escaped from a self-detonating escape pod with the help of a fire extinguisher and flies around the Axiom with the delighted EVE. EVE even kisses (electrical spark) WALL·E sending his energy level sky high.

The animation also brings out another clear environmental message: if we keep on producing non-recyclable waste, most probably we’ll end up using all available waste storage spaces and severely poison the planet beyond repair.

This is a cool animation suitable for all ages. It contains all the humour, love, warmth, hope and information that everyone requires to really enjoy the duration of 105 minutes. I give 5 out of 5 for WALL·E. I’m planning for a second round, anyone? =)

24 years ago at this date, my mum suffered a lot because I excreted solid waste even when I was in the womb. Realizing the potential of poisoning, the obstetricians had no choice but to perform a Caesarean section to take me out safely. Dear mum, I’m sorry for the pain that I have caused. Thanks for taking care of me for so many years. Without you there won’t be me. I love you!

Last night my pals who are still in Taman Pulai Utama celebrated my birthday. Guys, thanks for the nice Secret Recipe cake. Oh ya, a big thanks to Daniel for dedicating a special birthday post to me. The birthday animation is very adorable. I’m so touched! Anyway, thanks to all of you greeting me with SMS, MMS, Facebook wall posts, MSN messeage etc. I’m honoured to have you all as my family and friends!

People can easily lose their ways without knowing it. I was one of them a few days ago. Law of Attraction does work its way on me, the more I get frustrated, the more bad things appear in my mind. After the previous post, I moved away from my laptop, took a good nap and turned to musical rejuvenation. Somehow the player played Emma Shapplin’s La Notte Etterna from the album bought last year and Enigma’s Return To Innocence. I got deeply attracted to them and the weird part is that such craving was never being felt before. The songs brought me back in front of my laptop searching for more related information. I must admit, when you are feeling calm and relieved, good things started to manifest. First I accidentally encountered 50 inspirational quotes, then cc visited my blog and in return I browsed her blog only to find out more positive posts. Life is certainly simple and great. Be positive and everything will be all right.

Well, miraculously I took a very short time frame to recover, much shorter than my previous encounters. I don’t know what to say but this is truly an amazing experience. Maybe this is a gift from above? =p

Everyone anticipated a clash between World No. 1 and World No. 2 this evening. Aliff is the only one providing a giant 2 storey high screen so automatically it became the main spot for the local Malaysia badminton fans.

At the end of the day, World No. 2 Lee Chong Wei lost to world No.1 Lin Dan in the Bejing 2008 Badminton Finals. Though Malaysia got a silver medal but the overall game was far from what was being expected. Since beginning it was a clear one sided game. A lot of mistakes plus Lin Dan’s many powerful and precise jumping smashes made Lee Chong Wei totally vulnarable. Nevertheless Lee put up a good fight despite the odds and for that he deserves the applause.

P/S: Lin Dan is very showing off by throwing his racquet and his shoes to his supporters. =p

Just came back from watching the astonishing and pressure inducing match between Lee Chong Wei and Lee Hunyil. Finally, Lee Chung Wei prevails with 21-18, 13-21, 21-13 consuming a total of 68 minutes. Wow, Malaysia is one step closer in obtaining the first historical gold medal in Olympic Games since her first appearance in 1956! How can I be not excited?

This is how the flies look at from the front, and the following is taken from the back. Look at the reddish segment extended from the male fly, it’s ugly and humongous. What is the name of that creepy part? I seriously don’t know. Compare the size of the fly and the size of that monster. If humans were to have that kind of ratio… =p

This is the first time I see flies do not react to incoming objects or vibrating surfaces. I wonder if flies experience orgasm? =)

A superb combination of Liu Huan’s magnetic voice and Sarah Brightman’s spiritual chant makes this song worth listening for quite some time. 一个气势磅礴，一个柔情似水，体现出柔中带刚、刚中带柔的意境。这真是一首绕梁三日的仙乐啊！
